Okay, so you’re here. Good.
If you saw that my writing, you already know what I was going through —the sleepless nights, the endless bathroom runs, the exhaustion that makes you feel half-alive.
But what I didn’t say in that my writing is this:
It wasn’t just the sleep that broke me.
It was losing the part of myself that used to want.
You know what I mean — that quiet drive that makes you feel confident, connected, alive.
Then one night, I found that Navy doctor’s video.
He explained how most men’s “prostate problems” aren’t really about the prostate at all.
They’re about a signal your brain keeps sending even after you’ve fallen asleep —
a stuck “alert” that messes with your rest, your focus, even your hormones.
He called it the Nighttime Switch.
And when it’s stuck, everything starts slipping — your sleep, your mood, your desire.
When I tried what he suggested, I didn’t expect much.
But after a few weeks, I noticed the difference.
I was sleeping through the night again.
And one morning, my wife looked at me, smiled, and said,
“You’re back.”
It wasn’t magic — it was something simple, something I never knew existed.
The video below explains everything.
Watch it before it’s gone.
